DropDev DropDev for The Premiere Real Estate Agency

The follow-up you keep meaning to do, set up once.

This is the setup sheet for phase one: your client matrix uploaded, bulk text and email ready to send, a newsletter you can actually write, and social posts scheduled ahead. Filling this in is what lets us build it before your first training session rather than during it. Nothing here goes live until you press send, and your answers save in this browser as you type, so you can stop halfway and come back.

We will never ask you for a password on this page. Nothing below is a login, and no form we send you will ever be one. Google, Outlook, Facebook and Instagram all get connected by you clicking approve on their own screens while we are on the call together, and you can revoke that access any time from your own account settings.
You

The five things asked for on our call. This is also the person the carriers hold accountable for what gets sent, which has to be you rather than anyone at DropDev.

Required.
However you sign things. Required.
The one you run the business from. Needs to be a valid email address.
Your current phone, not the new line. A verification code may come here. Required, and it has to be a mobile.
The site Isabel maintains. Required.
The business as filedCarriers block on this

Before a business number can text anybody, the phone carriers verify the business is real. They match what you write here against the state record, character for character, and a name that reads slightly differently is the most common reason a registration comes back rejected. If any of it is not to hand, leave it and we will finish it together on the call.

As filed, including LLC or Inc. Not the brand name if they differ.
What you registered as.
Nine digits, formatted 12-3456789.

Handled separately from everything else on this page. It is never put in a text message and never sent to analytics. If you file under your own name and have no EIN, leave this blank. There is a different route for sole proprietors and we will walk it with you. We will never ask for your Social Security number on a web page, and you should not type it into one.

Where the business is filed, even though you are licensed in two states.
The address on the filing.
Carriers use this to judge whether your messages match your business.
Your client matrix

The spreadsheet, not Follow Up Boss. This is the one thing phase one is actually built around, so the more you can tell us about how it is organised, the less of it you have to redo by hand later.

An estimate is fine. You said about 200 on our call.
Leave blank otherwise.
Past client, sphere, active buyer, active seller, referral source, whatever you actually use. These become the groups you send to, so your own names for them are better than ours.
Your new business line

Texts sent from the platform need a number we can manage, which Verizon and T-Mobile will not let us do with your personal phone. Calls to the new line still ring your phone the way they do now. Texts land in the mobile app instead, at no extra cost to you.

We match your market unless you say otherwise.
Usually your mobile. Leave blank to use the number above.

The line itself is about $1.15 a month fixed, texts run about 1.8 cents each, and Twilio adds a management fee of around $3 a month. That puts the phone at roughly $10 to $20 a month at your volume. It is billed at cost and you can see every charge in the platform. Once it is live you can drop the $10 a month Sideline number if you want to.

Your websiteCarriers block on this

Your site has no privacy policy, no terms, and no text-message consent language. The carriers check for those before they approve a number to send, so this is the item most likely to hold up your first bulk text. It is a small job and Isabel can do it, or we can write the pages and hand them to her.

You copied David on your email to her on September 13. Confirm the best address so we are not guessing.
We found the TREC notices, which are license disclosures and do not count for this. If a privacy policy or terms page exists somewhere unlinked, tell us where.
Accounts to connect

We connect these live on the call, so all we need now is which account owns what. Be signed in to the business one, not a personal profile, when we talk.

This is what lets us send review requests to your past clients and answer new reviews.
So bookings land where you already look.
The business page and handle you want posts scheduled to. Messages from both can land in the same inbox as your texts and email if you want that.
Your assistant

Her training session is included at no charge, same as yours. Follow Up Boss went sideways partly because nobody administered it, so she gets set up properly from day one rather than handed a login.

You texted this to David already. Confirming it here keeps it with everything else.
Optional. Only used to send her the app login.
Bulk sends get held outside these.

Anything that would change how we set this up.
What you pay

The numbers from our call, unchanged. Two separate payments, because one is a job and the other is the subscription that job configures.

Onboarding, once
$350

Your client matrix cleaned and uploaded, bulk text and email set up, newsletter and social scheduling ready to use. Fixed price, tax included, whether the list is 200 names or 1,000.

Pay the onboarding fee
Platform, monthly
$50/month

Month to month, no contract, cancel whenever. Pick Layer1 Monthly on the next page. The annual option there is cheaper but locks you in for a year, which is not what we agreed.

Start the subscription

Today that is $400. After this month it is $50 plus whatever you actually use in texts, emails and AI, which is billed at cost and itemised in the platform. Your Follow Up Boss renewal runs $700 to $1,000 a year on its own, and you can keep both running side by side until you trust this one.

The subscription page asks for your name, email, phone and billing address, and it has a box for a discount code. It is a recurring card charge, so it will say so before you confirm.

You can send this with gaps. We will chase whatever is missing rather than have you sit on it.

Got it.
